On the 60th anniversary of the sentencing of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg (seen in the above AP photo) to death for espionage, the Encyclopedia Britannica Blog offers a look at ten famous names in the history of espionage.
Although the left has claimed that the Rosenbergs (and Alger Hiss) were innocent of being Soviet spies, the records released by the Russians after the Cold War clearly show they were guilty.
The Rosenbergs were part of a spy ring that gave the world's greatest tryanny the world's greatest weapon.
