The evil mastermind of 9/11, Khalid Sheik Mohammed, and four of his henchmen will finally appear before a military judge next month to answer 2,976 counts of murder, Pentagon officials said yesterday.
Mohammed and his gang of al Qaeda cronies will be arraigned on May 5 at a Guantanamo Bay military tribunal where they will face the death penalty for murder and a slew of terrorism charges for the attacks on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon.
