The U.S. Defense Department released the above photo of Deputy Defense Secretary Bob Work and Marine Corp Commandant General Robert B. Neller participating in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Marine Corp Memorial in Arlington, Va on the birthday of the U.S. Marine Corps.
